Not all changes to your stroke need to take months of intense focus. Many changes can be made instantly if you know what it is you’re doing, and what you need to do differently. Take for example, a swimmer entering across their head instead of in front of their shoulder. If they can see what they’re doing by showing them on a phone or iPad, they can usually adjust their entry immediately as you’ll see in this video.

To improve as a swimmer it does take time, consistent effort and the right coaching. It’s not just about technique either, as we show you in our Effortless Swimming Membership Program.
