The Good Thing About Being Slower

If you’re a swimmer who might finish in the bottom 30-40%, then there’s a whole lot of room for you to improve and to get faster. If you’re doing a program like The Mastering Freestyle Program, or you’re joining me in our swim coaching community at Effortless Swimming Membership Program, then that’s a way that you can help improve your technique. This is usually one of the main reasons why swimmers are held back from achieving the times that they can.
