Every week, you’ll receive 3 structured swim workouts designed to help you improve your technique, increase your swim fitness, and track your progress. Whether you’re just getting started or training for a triathlon, these workouts provide the structure and consistency you need to succeed. Plus, you get two levels to choose from:
1-2k workouts: Perfect for shorter, time-efficient sessions when you’re looking to improve without spending hours in the pool.
2-3k workouts: Ideal for longer, more challenging sessions to build endurance and speed.

Once a month, you can submit your swim stroke video to be reviewed by Brenton Ford and the other ES coaches. During the live call, they will break down your stroke, highlighting what you’re doing right and where you can improve. It’s like having a personal swim coach in your pocket.
The live call is recorded and posted inside the membership afterward, so you’ll never miss a call.
Each month we do a swim test in first week to measure and track your progress. We choose one area to focus on for technique and the workouts are designed to develop your stroke and increase your speed and endurance.
Each person is different, but typically it will take 1-3 months to see results in your times (however many people find this happens much quicker).
