Complex concepts made simple
Freestyle technique is a combination of many different elements. The catch, body rotation, kick, breathing and recovery (just to name a few). Often this is overwhelming when learning to swim freestyle. Many coaches and instructors will teach you the separate elements, but fail to put them all together. The Mastering Freestyle program teaches ‘feeling’ the water and automatically linking each part of the stroke together (you won’t even know it’s happening).
