Amateur vs Pro Swimmer | What’s the difference?

We’re looking at John, who’s a triathlete in the video. He’s swimming around a 1:40 to 1:45 per 100 meters. And he said he can hold this for about 1500 meters. Now, as I’ve looked through the video, he’s doing a lot really well but there are specific areas where he can make improvements to enhance his speed. Find out more in this video.
